Servant of God and Apostle of Jesus Christ

NAASON JOAQUIN GARCIA

The Apostle of Jesus Christ, Naason Joaquin Garcia, current International Director of The Light of the World Church, was born on May 7th, 1969 in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. Son of Apostle Samuel Joaquin Flores and his wife, Eva Garcia Lopez, he was the fifth of their eight children. He lived at home with his parents throughout his childhood and adolescence in Beautiful Province.

On the 8th of December, 2014, at 6:10 in the morning, the Apostle of Jesus Christ, Samuel Joaquin -who led The Light of the World Church for over 50 years- entered the rest of the just. On that day, minutes after the time of death, Brother Naason Joaquin sought a private space in one of the bedrooms of his father’s house, where, afflicted by the situation, he prayed to God: “Lord… Console me! I am in great pain, Lord!” The divine response did not delay, during that plea, the Apostle of Jesus Christ heard a thunderous voice, like the flowing of many waters, which said to him: “Why do you ask consolation of me? You are to console my People… Naason you will lead this great people; if now it seems great to you, I will multiply it even more! Honor the vessel of my Servant Samuel, and, on Sunday next, you will stand before the People… I will open their hearts, and even the Ministerial Corps, as one man, and I will do the perfect work” (Apostolic Letter, December 20th, 2014, Silao, Guanajuato).

Sunday, December 14th. 2014 was the appointed date. Just as previous days, the International Headquarters Temple, and the streets that converge into it, were filled to capacity. In prayer and supplication, the Church waited for the manifestation of the Apostolic Election. This sublime act, of identifying the Emissary of God, occurred at 2:43 in the morning. It is important to recall, that this work -of spiritual recognition- is not of human effort, for it comes from the Heavens, according to biblical teachings.

In his first apostolic message, in which he appeared full of confidence, hope and consolation, he assured: “Ye were not alone, there was only a pause[…]. Now we being a new era of victories, triumph and of God’s glory. Now that my time has come, I can freely say: Naason Joaquin Garcia: Servant of God and Apostle of Jesus Christ”. The time of redemption in the Church continues: its seal of authenticity is the presence of an Apostle. No more, no less.
